We are recruiting for a legal firm that is well known and well respected in the market. This firm provides a service that is professional, honest and prides themselves on their expert knowledge in the field. They work mainly with attorneys, advisors, private banks and other institutions and operate on the international stage with operations in Europe, South America, and Northern America as well as local operations in New Zealand and Australia.  

A little bit about the role

This is a role that assists in looking after client Trust Accounts 
  • Posting account transactions
  • Daily reconciliations and review
  • Monthly report preparation
  • Coding and processing of Accounts Payable invoices
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Correspondance with vendors
  • Following up of overdue accounts
  •  Credit Control reports
  • Ad hoc reports and assistance to wider team

So who are you and what is your profile

First and foremost this role will require some experience in accounts with strong understanding of debits and credits. Naturally, you will be able to navigate new systems and will be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. 

The nature of the business demands a high degree of attentiveness, professionalism and the ability to communicate throughout multiple layers of the business.
