Our client is a well established and core service provider with multiple locations across New Zealand. Headquartered outside of Auckland, they are looking for a temp for a couple of months (or so) to help out during a period of sick leave for a key member of the team based in the busy Auckland branch.

The role will be a hands-on accounts receivable role with a notable focus on billings. As part of a wider finance team you will have the support of others of course but as a temp we are looking for someone to come in and hit the ground running so previous experience or operating in an accounts receivable/credit control or billings role is essential. The role will work closely with the Auckland Branch Manager and some of the accounts will be complex with numerous sources of information for each invoice.

Naturally you will have good communication skills as you will be dealing with contacts all over NZ. Any experience using Technology One in particular would be awesome too .. but otherwise some good experience of using accounting software and how to navigate it would be fine.

Given the set time period of this role we can only look at candidates who are available to start immediately or in the next week or so and commit for a minimum period of two months.
