Some More Information About The Role

As a Manager, you'll be working closely alongside the Partners on a mix of Tax Consultancy projects & compliance, along with managing the team as well.  
The large proportion of compliance work is taken care of by the Advisory team whereas the work that will come across your desk will be the more along the lines of conducting reviews and handling the higher level technical projects that will come through. 
You'll be exposed to a wide range of clients from day one, of all sizes and industries looking for Tax Advisory services. The clients and the taxation issues you'll have the opportunity to work on will be very broad. 

So Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile?

You will ideally be CA/CPA qualified or with an equivalent overseas qualification - you will need to have prior tax advisory experience (a Business Advisory background will definitely be considered!) and staff management experience within a professional accounting firm, preferably from a medium sized environment or Big 4. 
At the Manager level, you'll be working very closely with Partners and clients so you need to be confident enough to hold your own and also know how to ask the right questions.
