About the Role:
This reputable consulting brand is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to join their Auckland team and national Technology Practice.
This purpose of this role is to act as a Senior Consultant across a series of engagements on behalf of this organisation. You will be working directly with a handful of this organisation's key clients. These projects will be a combination of implementation and enhancements.
Having already worked in a consulting capacity, you have a strong set of skills around Project Management and Business Analysis, in addition to a passion for the ITSM space. You will also have a good understanding of a variety of ITSM tools, with extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow- both from a technical and functional perspective.
- A background in Consulting, Project Management and Business Analysis
- Extensive experience within the ITSM, ITOM or HRSD space
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ideally from an implementation perspective.
- Have delivered projects in an Agile environment
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
In addition, experience within a large consulting practice, as well as any ServiceNow certifications, would set you in very strong stead here.
