Some More Information About The Role

This is a senior level role within their finance function with a reporting line into the Group Financial Controller.

As a key leader in the finance team, you will own all financial and regulatory reporting for the branch network of the organization and the general disclosure statement.

Secondly, as the organization is experiencing a period of growth and acquisition there is the input to processes, systems, and optimization for a more robust finance function and reporting structure.

The role will have strong working relationships with senior management across the business and a key contributor to board level reporting.

 Key responsibilities:
- Manage the Branch Network GDS including all financial & regulatory reporting.
- Board level reporting
- Reviewing and enhancing the organization policies and processes to streamline
- Training and guidance of junior level staff
So who are you, and what is your profile? 

You will be an experienced finance professional who ideally has a background in Banking. You will be CA / CPA Qualified with 5+ years of experience and large exposure to the financial services industry is a necessity. Exposure to the preparation of General Disclosure Statementments for Brand networks will be essential, along with the ability to work with executives.

Having strong knowledge and focus to all financial & regulatory reporting will also be key along with project management skills and the ability to advise on the key process, policies and system changes.
