By assessing and evaluating the current internal accounting processes, the need of a change analyst to join the team and drive the change in process improvement has become obvious. 

Responsibilities include
- Setting project scope with Management team
- Communicating with stakeholders on change requirements
- Streamlining current accounting processes and driving the improvement
- Management reporting and presenting 

So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?
  
You will be someone who is very driven and can take ownership of the job. Past experience in change management at a large organisation is a must along with:
  • Strong technical understanding of all accounting standards including IFRS
  • An Excel guru
  • CA/ CPA qualified or QBE
  • Strong communicator – the ability to influence and communicate with a wide audience of senior stakeholders is important due to the nature of the business
  • Experience and exposure to a financial services organisation is highly preferred
