A bit about the role

This is a permanent position that will be reporting directly to the General Manager. You will be responsible for working within a small tight-knit team and be the key lead on credit decisions. You will also be working very closely with the Finance function on reporting, data analysis and other project piece work.

Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Critical credit analysis and reviews on lending deals & arrangements 
- Management of credit frameworks/process improvements
- Development of credit strategies 
- Board reporting
- Exposure to senior leaders across the organization 
- Data analysis and presentation 

So who are you and what is your profile?

You will have proven experience as a senior credit analyst previously and will be a professional who is financially and commercially minded. A credit risk background with a strong understanding of retail customer lending. 

- Exposure to credit risk reviews for prospect clients
- A strong analytical skill set, good with data sets. 
- Ability to review financial statements for new commercial clients 

You are able to deal with a wide range of people and build rapport quickly. You are someone who will actively seek to review and improve processes, always looking for ways to do things better.
