More About The Role
 
Your job is to use your extensive consulting experience to provide strategic and commercial input on a range of assets in order to: protect it, monetise it, de-risk it, license it, sell it, commercial strategy among others to a range of tech led businesses. 

This company works with a large portfolio of national and international clients across its network. Many of their clients will be leaning on you to provide consultancy and strategic support around their intangible assets. This will be your primary objective to develop client relationships in order to best come up with a plan to support the business and effectively manage a range of IP projects for them. 

 
So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?
 
You will have experience in selling (hustling) into international markets to big players. Experience in legal, consulting, commercial or investment banking transactions would be a major advantage. This experience could have been gained from a variety of backgrounds including Professional services, top law firms, M&A, Start-up/Growth Businesses, Investment Banking, Sales roles, Private Equity or similar.

While it is great to to understand strategy and theory – this role demands someone who knows how to deliver real world business results: deals done, innovations monetised, investment returns generated.

You need to be proactive, have a great attitude and the ambition to perform at a high level. You need to be highly organised and professional and have the confidence to make decisions and take ownership but also know when to ask for help. You should also be comfortable with presenting to corporate and investor audiences.

This is an exciting and varied role available for an intelligent, self-motivated, entrepreneurial and versatile individual who is willing to work hard to be the driving force in monetising innovations and executing on high value transactions.
