As Sales Manager, it is expected that you will not only be able to cope with this but thrive on it and expect it. This role is an integral part of the business so we are serious about finding a strong, strategic sales leader to manage this large team of field and account managers. 

You will ideally have a strong background in Route, Foodservice or Grocery and strong relationships with your key customers, a depth of field experience and an ability to demonstrate strength of leadership in a change environment.

We're not asking for much – you'll need to be charismatic - we are looking for someone who buys into the vision and is able to sell it in a compelling way, you'll be action oriented – and we will be able to see that in your results, politically savvy – you won't always have things go your way – you'll need to accept that, you will have a capability to build strong cross functional relationships and your strategic agility will be evident.
