You'll be:
  • The first point of contact for Visitors - greeting, welcoming and directing
  • Overseeing telecommunication
  • Assisting support teams with variable administration as required
  • Mail/ Courier
  • Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies
  • General filing and maintaining directories
  • Communicating effectively with both staff and visitors

The hours are Monday-Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Administrator, who loves being the key support in a rewarding environment. You are someone that enjoys customer contact and ensuring that the office and staff are run smoothly. You will have proven experience within other similar work environments involving customer service and office administration. You will also be effective with a sense of urgency, and great judgement around priorities. You will be outgoing, friendly, and love engaging with people.
