  • Top notch communication skills both over the phone and on email
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
Ideally you’ll have:
  • 3 years administration experience within the property sector
  • Experience using Yardi is preferred
  • Intermediate Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Integrity and adaptability.
Some More Information About The Role

As the property administrator you are responsible for providing administrative support to the wider team, other duties include:
  • Prepare and process all lease update forms, rent reviews and abstracts
  • Check expenses, invoices and monthly payments
  • Creating reports for management.
*This is a temporary opportunity starting ASAP until Christmas 2020*
