Some more about the role

This role is a mix of property administration and accounts. You will be reporting to the Manager of Property/Lease Administration.
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Property Systems administration
  • Reconciliations
  • Calculation of opex
  • Monthly reporting of lease information and debtors reports
  • Debtors arrears and credit control
  • Invoicing including tax invoices
  • Other ad hoc tasks
So, who are you?


You’ll have a strong understanding of accounting principles combined with an ability to apply these to the cut and thrust of the property industry.

You’ll be a highly effective communicator, with an ability to build strong relationships with both the finance team and your key internal customers, with a real desire to help them get the most out of their properties.
  
Ideally, you’ll have had exposure or strong interest in the property industry
