More About The Role

With passion and customers at the heart of their business, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategy, development opportunities, content priorities, and analytics for both website and mobile applications. Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer you will maximise opportunities through strategic planning that is aligned with the business, whilst ensuring that the best possible customer service experience in the market is provided through the digital channels. The hands-on role will also see you using data and analytics to obtain insights and then see you translate these into opportunities for improvement and development in customer journeys, user experience, and content. You will work with both the marketing and IT teams to deliver these improvements. 
  
So, Who Are You?
  
You are a high energy individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude and have at least 5 + years’ experience in website management, strategy, SEO, and analytics with proven results in improving digital channel performance and optimisation of online experiences resulting in business benefits. You will naturally be an excellent communicator and thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment whilst displaying high levels of commitment and accountability.
