Our client is one of New Zealand’s most recognised companies. They started from humble beginnings 90 years ago and have grown into the well-known company they are today, with over 500 staff spread across the country.
We are looking for 2 Personal Assistants to assist 2 very different sides of the business. Both roles report into the Senior Executive Assistant, support multiple directors and have very similar responsibilities:
  • Diary management.
  • Assistance in preparing presentations, documents and reports.
  • Organising and arranging internal and external meetings including venue management, invitations, catering.
  • Event management and coordination of tickets, attendees, agenda's, taxi chits, running of the functions on the day.
  • Invoicing and expense claims.
  • Overseas/Domestic travel and coordination
  • General ad hoc duties and relief of reception if needed.
The biggest challenge of the role will be balancing the work load of 2 directors, staying informed and up to date with what's happening, being proactive and using initiative, managing your priorities and knowing how to manage your day.

The successful candidate(s) for these role(s) will have a few years' experience in senior administration, PA or EA with an outstanding attitude. You will also have a strong desire to prioritise your work load, manage your workload day to day and be able to know when to shift your priorities.
You must have impeccable written and verbal English and have extensive knowledge in Microsoft MS office. Events experience would also help but it is not a must!
