Our client is privately owned and a market leader in their field. Based in Mt Wellington, they have close to 1500 staff and provide an upstanding service that you can be proud of. 

The Role

This is a newly created role that has come about due to centralising the payroll function. Your responsibilities will involve:
  • Uploading and Processing payroll data
  • Management of the payroll team inbox
  • Ownership and resolution of employee queries
  • Accurate management of employee payroll and personal data
  • Ensuring all compliance and union agreements are accurate
  • Other Ad Hoc tasks
So Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile?

You will have at least two years previous payroll experience and be up to date with the current NZ payroll legislation. You will be great with people and have strong relationship building skills as this is a very customer facing role. 

You will be extremely well organised and diligent with very strong attention to detail and accuracy in everything that you do. You will be a confident excel user and be comfortable working in a 'manual' environment. 

Preferably you will also have experience working in a services industry.
