This well-established retail company is looking for an account payable professional to join their busy finance team. Due to the nature of the industry they work in, they have a fun and vibrant company culture, although professional and hard working.
 
The office is tight-knit and based in the City Fringe, close to restaurants, shops, public transport and motorways.

This is a contract role and you will get an opportunity to work with a close-knit team. This role offers a flexible 20 hour working week so will be great for a bit of work-life balance. You will be dealing with high volumes within a challenging and rewarding environment. Being able to hit the ground running is essential and some of your core duties will include:
  • High volume data entry
  • Processing all supplier invoices
  • Reconciliations of supplier accounts
  • Research and resolve invoice issues
  • Other ad-hoc duties where required

So Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile?
  
As the Accounts Payable person your role will be a high volume and challenging. You will have exceptional attention to detail, time management and ideally will be experienced in using a range of accounting systems. You may also be proficient on Excel.

This an excellent opportunity offering flexible part-time hours, you will need to hold a work visa or permanent residency as our client requires more the flexibly of 20+ hour per week.
