About the company

A New Zealand family business established in the 1940s who's proud of providing excellent customer services and representing some of the World's leading electrical brands. Due to an increased workload by a recent acquisition, they need someone to assist in the Accounts Payable and Receivable processing during the transition time.

About the role

This is a part-time role requiring 20-25 hours per week for 3 months. Some of the key responsibilities are as below,

- End to end AP/AR processing
- Bank reconciliation
- Resolve inquiries from suppliers and customers
- Other ad-hoc topics required by the CFO

Who are you

You are an experienced accounts assistant who has done end to end processing. A sole charge role of this kind would be preferable. You are an efficient communicator who can use initiatives to solve problems and interact with different stakeholders.
