This is one of those rare opportunities, working for an international company but taking a key New Zealand position in decision making for their head office key grocery accounts, while also being part of a wider management team.
  
Reporting into the Head of Sales, and working very closely with the Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development and execution of sales strategy in New Zealand grocery in alignment with brand marketing plans. Leading a team of four, you’ll be responsible for delivering volume and profit contribution, as well as driving the development of strategic account plans and effective promotional plans to achieve overall business objectives. Critical to success will be your ability to build and maintain strong and highly effective relationships at a Head Office level.
