Our client is an Auckland-based fintech business, providing property finance solutions to their clients and tracking upwards in their growth phase after seeing a significant increase in business over the last 12 months.  

Whether it's supporting their customers with purchasing their first home or investment property, the team work incredibly hard to go above and beyond, locking in the most competitive rates whilst having a genuine customer centric approach.

Due to recent growth within the business, our client is now looking for an experienced Advisor to join the team and work remotely from Tauranga.  

Key duties:
  • Gathering information in order to fully assess incoming mortgage applications
  • Seamlessly guiding new and existing clients through the home lending process, including assistance with due diligence, working with solicitors and obtaining LIM reports. 
  • Consulting with your clients in order to provide quality, holistic advice
  • Submitting and processing loan applications with external lending institutions
  • Ensuring you're up to date with market conditions
  • Sharing your knowledge in order to support and mentor junior Adviser's within your team
So who are you & what is your profile?  
  • Extensive experience providing advice on residential lending
  • National Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 (advantageous) 
  • Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clientele
  • Motivated to provide top quality advice
