More About The Role

This role will report to the GM and partner with senior leaders across the business to provide both strategic and operational support as the business has identified the need to have a more strategic approach to the development of its people and culture. 
The role is varied but includes;
  • Develop and implement the HR strategy
  • Lead and manage an HR team to deliver HR services
  • Workforce optimisation
  • Develop and implement organisation culture and change initiatives
  • Leadership and support around policies and procedures
  • Lead negotiations with industrial relation stakeholders  
So Who Are You?

You will have extensive experience within an HR role, with involvement in developing and implementing the HR strategy, ideally within a manufacturing environment.  Above all else, excellent interpersonal and people management skills, a warm and engaging manner, and a relevant tertiary qualification are essential.
