More About The Role

If you are someone that wants to make a difference and add value through the work you do then this is the role for you.  Reporting to the GM, you will lead the development and implementation of the H&S strategy, policies, and procedures to achieve both strategic and organisational objectives in order to take the business to the next level from a health and safety perspective.
The role is varied but includes;
  • Provide strong and effective H&S leadership, best practice and advice to the Executive Team, Management Teams, Employees and Suppliers.
  • Develop, implement, monitor and review and effective Health and Safety Management System.
  • Measure, audit, and report H&S performance and outcomes.
  • Develop a positive H&S culture that aspires to protect all persons from harm.
  • Coaching and supporting employees around Health & Safety
So Who Are You?

You have extensive experience in health and safety and are currently in a management role, leading a large team.  You are motivated by making a difference and can easily adapt to different cultures and environments. 

Having the relevant qualifications and being able to influence at all levels will be the key to your success.
