Reporting through to the Head of CRM & Digital, you will be responsible for leading the execution and evolution of the data-driven marketing roadmap that leverages customer data, consumer insights and emerging digital technologies to drive growth and engagement. Not a small feat, but massively satisfying!
   
This role is mostly centred around the businesses mobile phone app, they are looking to expand their current reach by at least another 1.5 million consumers!
    
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can ambitiously take the lead on projects and manage a diverse list of duties within the evolving digital landscape. You will provide operational support for the Head of CBI in an effort to streamline communication and strategies for the ongoing success of the business.

Accountabilities
  • Development and Implementation of Customer Engagement Strategy
  • Driving Customer Loyalty
  • Monitoring and measurement of strategy execution

Essentials
  • Minimum of 7-10yrs Digital and CRM marketing experience including retail/FMCG industries.
  • Big data and advertising technology, including 3rd party ad-serving 
  • Digital reporting tools including ComScore, Datorama, SAS, DoubleClick, NetRatings.
