This is a unique NSX listed business with offices located in the heart of Auckland CBD. The team structure is flat, small and teeming with like-minded, high performing individuals with a love for property. 

Due to growth and a restructure at group level, the opportunity to take over from a long-term contractor has come about and offers a wonderful opportunity.

Some More Information About The Role

The role is hand-on and varied and will require you to work across numerous entities and locations. You will be required to take full ownership of the following:

- Month end processes for the numerous entities
- Preparation of property and management reports
- Group consolidations
- Management of budgets and forecasts with property managers
- Assist with tax-related matters and complete GST/FBT returns
- Assist with board packs, audits and preparation of market reports
- Perform risk and compliance monitoring

So, Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

You are either CA qualified or part-CA qualified with at least 4 years of commercial experience. You would have been exposed to highly regulated environments and enjoy complexity. 

Ideally, you enjoy working in smaller teams, take ownership of your work and are collaborative and open in your approach.
