Some More Information About The Role 

You will report directly to the FP&A Manager and will have regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. Some of the key duties include:
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting functions
  • Analytics (KPI and portfolio reporting)
  • Assist with valuation process
  • Assist with NZX presentations and reporting
  • Process complex monthly rent reconciliations
  • Project work related to IT transformation
  • Process and System Improvement projects
So Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile? 

You'll ideally have a finance/accounting qualification with a highly analytical bent to you and ideally you're furthering your studies either in the CFA/CA/CIMA or property direction.

You will have had 2-3 years experience in a commercial role where numbers and excel are your core focus. In this role, exemplary communication is key as is the ability to focus on repeat tasks. Change is something you embrace and your desire to be a key part of a highly successful team must be visible.

Exposure to using Yardi or MRI would be highly beneficial and intermediate to advanced excel skills are a must!
