More About The Role

The role will report to the HR Director and partner with senior leaders and managers across the business to provide operational and people-focused support around issues concerning employment policy, procedure or practice.

The role includes;
  • BAU employment law support to business unit managers and team leaders in coordination with related company policies.
  • Advising management and staff on correct interpretation and application of legislation and any amendments
  • Ensure compliance and consistency in the execution and administration of Employee Relations cases.
  • Mediates employee problems and provides structure for informal negotiations.
  • Partners with managers to evaluate the merits and consequences of corrective action to ensure a highly competent workforce.
  • Participates in the creation and rollout of ER policy & program initiatives.

You are an agile, people-focused HR professional that prides yourself on your strong attention to detail and organisation skills.  Above all else, excellent interpersonal and people management skills, a warm and engaging manner, and a qualification in law or HR is essential.
