The Firms
We have close connections with a number of successful law firms NZ wide. Most have huge scope for growth in their ER teams and are keen to connect with smart, able, and ambitious lawyers to join their teams.

Consult is very particular about the firms we work with, and our Legal lead consultant has been a practising lawyer so is able to advise you well on next steps but also who is who in the legal environment.
The Roles
We've got firms keen to hire at levels from 3 years PQE to Senior Associate. There is a wide range of firms from top-tier to mid-sized to boutique. In addition, there is a real mix of contentious and advisory employment workflow on the go with plenty of legislative change in play or coming up.
