We are looking for gold star candidates who want to join a well known, large FMCG company in Otahuhu to cover their very busy Christmas period 9th December - 17th January. You will have stat days off (and be paid to not go to work woohoo), but will need to work the non stat days.

As the first point of contact for our clients customers your responsibilities will include:
  • phone/email interactions with customers
  • provide first point resolution when possible (hello role ownership)
  • deal with high volumes of calls whilst maintaining a high level of service
