We are looking for gold star candidates who want to join a well known company. 

As the first point of contact for our clients customers your responsibilities will include:
  • phone/email and web chat interactions with customers
  • provide first point resolution when possible (hello role ownership)
  • deal with high volumes of calls whilst maintaining a high level of service
  • case management of an investigative nature
  • focus on customer retention

If you have a successful track record of working in a role where similar attributes were necessary then this is the role for you. Previous call centre experience is not essential, but customer based experience is a definite bonus.
