This role has come around due to internal promotion so if you are looking at progressing in your financial career this company provides that opportunity. Your duties will include:
  •  Contacting clients to arrange payments
  •  Liaising with third party sellers to sell repossessed goods
  •  Negotiating new payment contracts
  •  Building relationships with stakeholders
  •  Other ad hoc duties
So Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile?

You will be an experience credit control professional. Ideally, you will have business to customer collections experience. Previous exposure to collections within a financial services environment would be preferred. 

You will have relevant experience and will be familiar with the Hire Purchase Act, Credit Repossession Act, Credit Contracts Act and the Privacy Act. You will have excellent people skills and will have a proven history of great customer service relationship building. 

As you will be contacting customers directly, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be the type of person who owns the role that you are in and will be able to work quickly with little supervision.
