This newly created role is an excellent long-term contract for an experienced credit controller. The main responsibility will include: 
  • Contacting clients to arrange payments
  • Negotiating new payment contracts
  • Liaising with internal customers and external introducers to solve customer needs
  • Building relationships with stakeholders
  • Answering incoming calls from Collections queue
So Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile?

You are an experienced accounts professional who has previous experience working in a credit control role in a high-volume environment. Ideally, you will have experience with accounting systems and sound Microsoft Excel skills. You have a great eye for detail and you are very pro-active when it comes to helping out your teammates. Great communication skills are essential.
