My client are a rapidly expanding international hospitality business who are part of a large successful group steeped in history. 


A little bit about the role

This is a newly created role reporting into the Regional GM - Due to increased growth, a need has arisen for a strong Accountant to support the business as they look to grow the number of properties under their ownership within New Zealand. The main responsibilities will include:

- Full ownership of all property P&L's
- Budgets, forecasting and cashflow management
- Completion of month end processes, balance sheet oversee AP/AR 
- Body Corporate and insurance negotiation 
- External audit assistance 
- Managing relationships with banks, work on refinancing & project financing


So who are you and what is your profile

This role will suit someone from either a Real Estate, Asset Holding, Development property or Hotels background within a hands on finance role. Formal qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIMA are highly beneficial however are not essential. 

You will have proven experience working in an operational role within preferably the above described industries. Previous experience of reporting results internationally will also be a very strong advantage.
