Our client is a charitable not-for-profit organisation, based at Middlemore Hospital that facilitates clinical trials. These trials give the medical specialists and Counties Manukau patients greater access to better, innovative medicines and new medical devices.

A self-motivated Coordinator, who has a scientific tertiary education, is driven and happy to work autonomously. Our client is looking for someone with a great attitude who enjoys working towards the common goal of benefiting patients and in turn the local community.

Other requirements:
  • Tertiary education  - Bachelor Degree in Health, Medical Science or Science
  • Previous coordination experience 
Strong communication skills are a must along with being a team player as you will be working in a tight-knit team and with external stakeholders. Lastly, due to the nature of the organisation, you will have the ability to multi-task and manage your time and workload effectively. 
Some More Information About The Role
Responsibilities include:
  • Implementation of Investigator Initiated Clinical Trials (IICT) and manage Clinical Trial Participants
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements related to Clinical Trials
  • Financial Management
