We are looking for gold star candidates who want to join a VERY well known company. Based in Auckland CBD, close to Britomart. They have beautiful views of Rangitoto from the 16th floor! 

These roles have become available due an increase in workload. You will be assisting different teams across the organisation with their administration and customer service needs.

Responsibilities include:
  • changes / amendments to products
  • updating policies
  • transaction administration
  • support to the inbound teams to assist with taking customer enquiries during high volume periods
