A non-profit organization (NPO) who focuses on programmes to create better futures for youths who are impacted by conduct problems. The office is based in Mt Wellington with an awesome team of people who all share the same goals.
Some more about the role
This is not your standard accounts receivable role as there will be a large focus on your communication and relationship building skills. You will be supporting the Finance Manager on general accounts receivable/credit control tasks as well as any ad-hoc duties. 
  • Generating invoices and account statements.
  • Performing account reconciliations (petty cash, banking and general ledger)
  • Fixed asset transactions.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ad-hoc support to Finance Manager.
So, who are you?
You are a self-starter that is passionate about improving the lives of others whilst taking ownership of the work you do. Ideally you have similar experience, are an intermediate Excel user, and preferably worked with Great Plains as this will allow you to hit the ground running. Above all else, excellent communication and relationship building skills is essential to add value in a short space of time.
