This company is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable and Credit Control person to join a tight-knit finance team and are all-hands-on-deck in helping each other out. The volumes in this role are incredibly high so attention to detail is imperative.
• Daily allocation of 2-500 automated invoices
• Banking and system reconciliations
• Dealing with customer queries
• Follow up on outstanding debtors
• Debtor reporting
So Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile?
You will have solid working exposure in end to end Accounts Receivable processes. Ideally you have exposure to Xero and high working knowledge of Excel. You will have loads of initiative to lend a hand around the team when needed.
Personality and soft skills are essential to this role as you will be dealing with customers and other team members. As is attention to detail as each client have their own operating procedures and you are dealing with confidential information.
