This is a great varied role that incorporates activities like recording payments, providing refunds, credit control, monthly reporting, billing, accounts payable, cash handling, maintaining the GL accounts, audit and lots of positive and friendly customer service.
The customer service aspect in particular is critical. You will be dealing with a good number of people within the organisation as well as customers. For that reason we need someone who has impeccable communication skills both in writing and on the phone.
A good working knowledge of MS Excel is also required along with a keen eye for detail. Any experience of using JDE would also be highly valued too. 
This role will suit someone who has some initial accounting experience on their CV or possibly someone who has a wealth more experience and isn’t necessarily looking to climb the career ladder.
