To facilitate this growth they have recently implemented NetSuite, a much more elaborate system than was previously in place. 
More About The Role

This role will work closely with a recently qualified Accountant and indirectly report to the Financial Controller. The role will have scope down the track, but at the moment they really need a strong junior to support the running of the finance function to enable them to streamline processes and focus on further improvements. Tasks will include:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Customer statements
  • Manipulate Excel tables
  • Ad hoc support
So Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?

You will have 2-3+ years of experience in an Accounts support role and understand Accounts Payable and Receivables processes. You have developed your Excel skills to a point where you are confident with pivot tables and can learn V-lookups. You have a flexible attitude, attention to detail and can demonstrate the use of initiative. You're a great communicator and ideally, you have used the Netsuite ERP system before!
