Based on the city's outskirts, their office has easier access to the motorway and public transport. They currently offer a super flexible way of working from home or the office.
Some More Information About The Role
This business is going through a lot of positive change which required some of their BAU team to get seconded to an exciting project. You will be required to cover the team with some of your main duties including:
- Supplier reconciliation
- Manage a high performing AP/AR team
- Following up for approvals
- AP/ AR month end reporting
- Adhoc project work
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience managing transactional teams. You are a self-starter who's highly organised, has excellent time management skills, and takes ownership of your work.
Above all else, excellent communication and customer service skill is essential. System experience with MS Dynamics is preferred and proficient in Excel.
