More About The Role
This is a newly created role resulting from a restructure reporting into the Head of Field Operations. You will primarily be responsible for the sales, profitability and customer relationships within the grocery and pharmacy channels across the Central West region of the North Island centred around Hamilton (comprised of Countdown & Foodstuffs stores, as well as pharmacies including Green Cross Health and Bargain Chemist). You’ll be required to develop, implement and achieve company targets, achieve budgets and review the territory to ensure Endeavour Consumer Health are fully represented in the region as well as increasing brand awareness and channel consistency. You will also be responsible for the management of a team of merchandisers to assist you with compliance and implementation. You must love a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate a proactive work ethic!

You will have a proven track record of success in territory or account management, ideally in the FMCG sector.
