About the role

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for the City-East region of Auckland. You will be tasked with developing great customer relationships and driving category sales growth and profitability. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, you’ll join a dedicated, experienced and well-established team who support each other to achieve results… “We’re all in this together!” sums up the vibe perfectly.

The role is complex and requires the successful candidate to possess a proactive work-ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is a focused on account management within a specialist channel. You will be responsible for maintaining a call cycle, activation of new products, developing and overseeing business plans, as well as promotional activities.

About you

You have a strong track record of success in Sales with experience in managing your own territory in the FMCG sector or as an up and comer with a great attitude, hunger to learn, and demonstrable passion for sales. If others describe you as customer-centric, a strong negotiator, an exceptional relationship builder, and someone who’s driven to achieve results, you might just be the person we’re looking for!

The successful candidate will have commercial savvy, the ability to think on their feet and make well informed decisions. You are a natural problem solver and enjoy finding solutions in challenging scenarios. A trusted business partner to your customers - your speciality is creating long lasting relationships of real worth. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, as is the ability to adapt your approach depending on the situation.
