We’re growing again and looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our IT & Digital team.

Our office is in Britomart, which means excellent coffee, dangerous pastry proximity, a gym next door, and transport links that make life easy.

The role (aka what you’ll actually be doing)

You’ll join an established, high‑performing IT & Digital team with strong market credibility and an existing client base. This is a 360‑style consulting role, with real autonomy and support – not micromanagement.

Your focus will be on:

• Building trusted, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment across the IT & Digital space
• Growing and deepening our SME client portfolio
• Partnering closely with our in‑house talent team to deliver quality, not churn
• Doing recruitment properly – consultative, commercial, and human

This is a role for someone who enjoys owning their desk, thinking strategically, and being known for their work.

• 5 years’ experience in IT / Technology recruitment
• A strong track record, and the hunger to do even better
