Position Overview:
As a Tech Lead, you'll play a vital role in driving ambitious initiatives forward. Our client is searching for an exceptional individual with expertise in Java, React, and AWS, who can effortlessly navigate between hands-on coding, project leadership, and design discussions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative software solutions using Java, React, and AWS.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of energy sector projects.
• Mentor and guide a team of skilled developers, fostering their growth and skill development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver results.
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, best practices, and high-quality deliverables.
• Architect scalable and resilient systems, utilizing the power of AWS cloud services.
• Tackle complex technical challenges head-on, ensuring optimal solutions and problem resolution.
• Play a pivotal role in the creation of a positive and collaborative team culture.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record (5 years) in software development using Java, React, and AWS. 
• Strong expertise in architecting and implementing solutions within the AWS ecosystem.
• Previous experience in a leadership or tech lead role, with a knack for motivating and mentoring.
• Deep understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams.
