This Technical Lead role is responsible for driving technical delivery across a critical enterprise platform within a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will provide architectural oversight, uplift engineering standards and ensure secure, scalable solutions, while leading delivery outcomes across a large technology function navigating significant change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction across .NET and API-driven enterprise solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, security and scalability.
- Provide architectural governance within a Microsoft Azure environment.
- Guide engineering teams, uplifting standards and best practice.
- Partner with stakeholders to balance risk, timelines and platform performance.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong background in .NET and API architecture and integration.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience driving delivery across large-scale technology programmes.
- Strong understanding of secure development principles and platform resilience.
- Ability to influence, mentor and provide technical oversight without being fully hands-on.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are a must.
- 06 months contract role
- Auckland Location only
- Hybrid work set up - 2-3 days from office
