Our client a New Zealand owned organisation who are going through a significant amount of change and due to the level of transformation, they have a newly created role and are on the lookout for a Change & Capability-Practice Manager to start permanently.      Essential criteria:
  • 8+ years of general business experience operating with leaders at all levels. 
  • 4+ years experience for large change initiatives where you have developed and executed change plans within projects and/or program environments
  • Knowledge and experience of change management methodology and approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and communication (including presentation) skills 
You will be joining the truly significant programme of work end-to-end across the business to lift the Change Management Capability Strategy, working on the roadmap to see how to change will be delivered across the entire organisation around New Zealand.     Some of the responsibilities for the role include; 
  • Consulting with stakeholders to develop and implement best practice change management frameworks, strategies, processes and plans on essential organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Align change activities with the strategic objectives
  • Lead the successful execution of change management activities across various workstreams
  • Drive alignment across the business to deliver the change strategy outcomes.
  • Identify gaps in the implementation of change and develop strategies for corrective action required to achieve full adoption for the change
  • Mentor and guide leaders to plan and implement change in a way that continues to take people on a journey after the transformation is complete.  
  • Work closely with various areas of the business to ensure there is a clear and compelling vision. 
  • Responsible for change management financial requirements and management of the associated budget.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilisation and proficiency of individual change
    To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate;
  • Your Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Change Management or similar field with proven experience in a similar change management role within a fast-paced and changing environment in large and complex organisations
  • Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Your demonstrated solid track record in leading change management working groups including the ability to articulate key messages to a variety of audiences in a dynamic and complex environment
