About the Role 

We are seeking a Licensing Specialist to become a part of a compact yet highly capable team, playing a key role in internal Microsoft licensing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with two Senior Specialists, making significant contributions to tasks such as License Reporting, Compliance, and Licensing Audits, among others.

Key Skills and Responsibilities 

In this role, you will be responsible for demonstrating proficiency in various licensing tools, including VMware and SNOW. You will serve as a go-to expert, offering valuable licensing advice and support to the business. Your contributions will be crucial during software licensing audits, where you will be instrumental in upholding strict compliance with licensing agreements and minimising potential risks. As part of standard business operations, you will actively participate in maintaining ongoing audit preparedness, ensuring a smooth and compliant software licensing environment.

About you 
  • Min. 3 years of Microsoft licensing experience
  • Adept at working within a corporate setting, handling substantial and intricate contractual agreements.
  • Proven experience with licensing tools such as VMware and SNOW
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft licensing, agreements, and compliance
  • Experience working with Microsoft programs, tools & portals
