What you will be doing:
As Response Engineer or Service desk analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of service and the second line response for all incoming requests from our client's IT Service’s customers.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a high level of customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to gain an understanding of our client’s business systems and IT requirements
- Experience to Microsoft Server & amp
- Exposure to Microsoft Desktop,
- Network, Hardware, Apple, Remote Desktop Services, Backup and imaging technologies previous experience.
- Anti-Virus technologies,
- VMware and Hyper-V, ConnectWise and/or Kaseya.
- Amazing opportunity in a leading service provider

- Flexibility to do Rotating shift is required | Salary: $50,000 - 55,000
