Our client needs a Service Desk Analyst to join their highly agile team in this urgent contract due to a release of new products and services.  This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable, focused and confident team player to become a part of a leading and successful service provider.

They are a leading brand that holds a large presence in both NZ and overseas. 
  
What you will be doing: 
As Response Engineer or Service desk analyst, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of service and the second line response for all incoming requests from our client's IT Service’s customers.

What you'll need to be successful:
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and a high level of customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to gain an understanding of our client’s business systems and IT requirements  
  • Experience to Microsoft Server & amp
  • Exposure to Microsoft Desktop,
  • Network, Hardware, Apple, Remote Desktop Services, Backup and imaging technologies previous experience.
  • Anti-Virus technologies,
  • VMware and Hyper-V, ConnectWise and/or Kaseya.
