About the Role:
This role is key in ensuring seamless delivery of cybersecurity services, managing customer projects, and driving improvements across processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and ensure service excellence in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of cybersecurity solutions across teams.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services with existing clients.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to optimise service delivery.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure consistent communication.
- 6 years in service delivery or customer-focused roles.
- Proven ability in project management, particularly within cybersecurity or IT.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with ITIL or similar service frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
