What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for the Introduction of ITIL best practice to the business, your experience in working with or for vendors will allow you to get better outcomes from their Technology partners. This will include managing outcomes focused continuous improvement plans, report on service performance and building strong relationships across the business user groups to help them maximise efficiency and productivity.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 5+ years experience in a Service Delivery role
- Large enterprise experience
- Infrastructure and App delivery
- Strong influencing skills
- Ability to develop lasting relationships within the business
