Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Senior Professional Services Recruitment Consultant to focus on the Accounting Firm market nationally.
This is a senior role for someone who wants to operate at a high level, advising firms, influencing careers, and building a reputation in a specialist market.
Based in Britomart, you’ll be working from a character-filled office surrounded by great coffee, great food, and transport that makes life easy.
The role:
This is a senior consulting role requiring credibility, focus, and commercial maturity. You’ll be trusted to:
- Own and grow your specialist desk recruiting into accounting firms nationwide
- Partner with leading accounting practices to find solutions to their recruitment needs
- Have high-quality, strategic conversations with partners and hiring leaders
- Partner with Business Owners and Directors to provide strategic guidance on current salaries, benefits and market trends
- Advise candidates on long-term career decisions within professional practice
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment with precision, insight, and professionalism
- Build a deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape and talent market
Who we’re looking for:
This role is suited to someone who brings experience and confidence, not a huge learning curve. Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience in recruitment (professional services, A&F, or a related market)
- Strong client-facing capability and a consultative approach
- High personal standards and a strong work ethic
- Commercial awareness and comfort discussing fees, value, and outcomes
- A genuine interest in the accounting profession
