Based in modern offices within a collaborative start-up environment, this is an opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a nimble and innovative team.
Following investment from global partners, Otterfish launched in 2020 and are now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to come on board to develop and execute the marketing strategy. This role will allow you the autonomy to own the whole process and work through multiple channels, ultimately resulting in increased brand awareness, direct sales, and customer engagement.
Whether it’s collaborating with Product and Customer Success to develop and execute strategic brand marketing plans, communications, and strategies, developing and implementing multi-channel paid digital strategies, or leading the development of set presentations and campaigns across all marketing channels, no two days will ever be the same.
You’ll be a strategic, forward-thinking digital marketer who isn’t afraid to drive your strategies through to execution – of course with your experience in a start-up (preferably SaaS) environment, being hands on will be second nature to you. Ideally you’ll have 6 years in brand and performance marketing or advertising in a consumer driven role. You’ll have extensive knowledge of marketing principles and media planning, and all aspects of digital marketing come easily to you.
Overall your outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills, combined with your ability to work to tight deadlines and overachieve results will put you a head and shoulders above the rest.
